HEALING IS RETURNING TO WHOLENESS

The Hebrew word for healing, רְפוּאָה (refuah), implies restoration — returning the body to its original design.

🧭 WHEN TO USE THIS PRAYER

This prayer should be used alongside medical care, not instead of it.

Hebrew:
רִפְאָה נָא לָנוּ יְהוָה וְנֵרָפֵא
הוֹשִׁיעָה נָא וְנִוָּשֵׁעָה
כִּי תְהִלָּתֵנוּ אָתָּה

Transliteration:
Refa na lanu Adonai v’nerafeh,
hoshia na v’nivashea,
ki tehilateinu atah.

English:
“Heal us, please, O Divine, and we shall be healed;
save us, and we shall be saved,
for You are our praise.”

This prayer is a cornerstone of Jewish healing practice and is deeply rooted in Kabbalistic understanding.

בָּרֲכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה
הַסֹּלֵחַ לְכָל־עֲוֹנֵכִי
